All instore purchase items are only valid for store credit. No cash back. Recipt must be present.

Online Store Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only.

If you choose to return merchandise to a Suit City store, it must be accompanied with the packing slip from the order. Without the packing slip, we will exchange items at current retail value for merchandise or in-store credit only; valid identification is required.

Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management discretion
